Refunds & Cancellations

The Refund & Cancellation policy of Safe Ride is applicable to all clients of Safe Ride and applies to all services arranged on the customers’ behalf through Safe Ride. 

Canceling a booking

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice of cancellation of your booked Safe Ride. 

Cancellations made before the time of booking and prior to the dispatch/arrival of the driver are not subject to a penalty fee. Please cancel your online booking through the booking platform, or call us at … 

Bookings canceled 30 mins prior to the arranged reservation or after the driver has departed are subject to a 10% penalty fee.  

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the original reservation date, and refunds will only be issued to the card on which the original payment was made. 

Liability

We reserve the right to refuse service

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Safe Ride reserves the right to cancel all services at our discretion. Where payment has been made, a refund will be issued. 

If there is a malfunction with the driver’s vehicle that will affect the driver’s ability to reach the customer, a practical alternative will be provided. 

Termination

No refund will be issued for journeys that are terminated part-way through the reservation.
